Led by Olympian coach Kazem Panjavi, this 4-week functional training course focuses on strength, balance, mobility, and technique—making everyday tasks easier and reducing aches and stiffness. You’ll also receive nutrition advice, recovery tips, and simple home exercises to support long-term health and fat loss.
