What to expect in your first session at Ealing weightlifting club…
All newcomers will be given a brief introduction to the club facilities and rules.
Before attending the club, you must book on to a session via our contact page on the website or leave a message on 07958685884.

Type of session Description Induction Lesson £50 for two sessions to be introduced into Weightlifting. First session will consist of learning Snatch, and the second session you will be learning Clean and Jerk. Drop in session without coaching You are free to use the facilities as you wish following your own programme. No feedback will be given. £10 (Need to book the session in advance)
8-session package: £60
Drop in session with coaching Feedback will be given whilst following coach programme. If you do not have a plan for the session, you will be given the basics to work on which include squats and deadlifts. £20 and 8-session package: £120 (Need to book the session in advance) Ealing membership Plan- 2026

Bronze 2026 – Membership (Additional Info)
This membership is designed for members with prior Olympic weightlifting experience who want consistent weekly training with coaching support.
You will have access to one coaching session and one open gym session per week (maximum 8 sessions per month).
Open gym sessions are for independent training only. Coaching is provided during designated coaching sessions.
Members with limited experience must complete a 2-session induction (£50) before joining regular sessions.
Complete beginners must first complete the Beginner Course before being allowed to join group training.
This membership is ideal for those looking to maintain progress, improve technique, and train regularly in a structured environment.
Silver Ealing Membership
Our most popular plan for consistent progress, combining regular coaching with independent training-
