We pride ourselves on running a well-priced club.

What to expect in your first session at Ealing weightlifting club…

All newcomers will be given a brief introduction to the club facilities and rules.

Before attending the club, you must book on to a session via our contact page on the website or leave a message on 07958685884.

For details on the types of sessions available, please see below.

 Type of session  Description
Induction Lesson £50 for two sessions to be introduced into Weightlifting. First session will consist of learning Snatch, and the second session you will be learning Clean and Jerk.
Drop in session without coaching 

You are free to use the facilities as you wish following your own programme. No feedback will be given. £10 (Need to book the session in advance)               

8-session package: £60

Drop in session with coaching Feedback will be given whilst following coach programme. If you do not have a plan for the session, you will be given the basics to work on which include squats and   deadlifts. £20 and 8-session package: £120 (Need to book the session in advance)

Ealing membership Plan- 2026

Price: £100.00 per month Included: 1 Open Gym sessions per week 2 Coaching sessions per week (No Youth allowed)

Bronze Ealing Membership

Flexible entry plan for consistent training
£ 75 Monthly
  • 1 Coaching session per week
  • 1 Open gym session per week
  • Ideal for beginners and busy schedules
  • Progression to full coaching available
  • You may cancel your membership after a minimum of 3 months. After this period, cancellation can be requested by contacting the club administration.

Suitable for experienced lifters only. Members with limited experience must complete a 2-session induction (£50) before joining. Beginners must complete the full Beginner Course before access to group training.

Bronze 2026 – Membership (Additional Info)

This membership is designed for members with prior Olympic weightlifting experience who want consistent weekly training with coaching support.

You will have access to one coaching session and one open gym session per week (maximum 8 sessions per month).

Open gym sessions are for independent training only. Coaching is provided during designated coaching sessions.

Members with limited experience must complete a 2-session induction (£50) before joining regular sessions.

Complete beginners must first complete the Beginner Course before being allowed to join group training.

This membership is ideal for those looking to maintain progress, improve technique, and train regularly in a structured environment.

Silver Ealing Membership

Our most popular plan for consistent progress, combining regular coaching with independent training

This membership is suitable for individuals with prior Olympic weightlifting experience. Members with limited or basic experience are required to complete a 2-session induction (£50) before joining regular sessions. Complete beginners are not permitted to join this membership. They must first complete the Beginner Course (£150) before participating in group training. This membership includes 2 coaching sessions and 1 open gym session per week (maximum 12 sessions per month). Minimum 3-month commitment applies. After this period, cancellation can be requested by contacting the club administration. All members must follow coaching guidance, gym rules, and safety standards at all times.

Coaching (8 Session Package) This package provides 7 coached Olympic weightlifting sessions at Ealing Weightlifting Club. Sessions are delivered by qualified British Weightlifting (BWL) coaches and include technical instruction, structured training, and supervised lifting. Coaching Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday: 19:00 – 20:50 Saturday: 11:00 – 13:00 Pre-booking is required for each session. Maximum 8 athletes per session. This package is ideal for those who want flexible coaching without committing to a monthly membership.

Ealing non coaching Package - 2026

A flexible plan for independent training, ideal for experienced lifters who want access to the gym without coaching.
