International Coaching Experience:

2002:

  • Coached the Great Britain team at the Big Boss Tournament in Amsterdam (February 2002).

  • Led the Great Britain university team at the World University Championships in Turkey.

2003:

  • Guided the Great Britain university team at the World University Championships in Italy.

  • Coached the Great Britain team at the European Senior Championship in Kiev, Ukraine.

  • Mentored the Great Britain team at the European Youth Championship in Norway.

2004:

  • Led the Great Britain team at the International Tournament in Kazakhstan (February 2004).

  • Coached the England team at the Commonwealth Championships in Malta (August 2004).

  • Served as Assistant Coach for the Great Britain team at the Athens Olympic Games.

2005:

  • Guided the England team in the Tri-Nation Tournament (England, Norway, and Sweden) held in Stockholm.

  • Led the Great Britain team at the European U23 Championships in France (February 2005).

2011:

  • Coached the England team in the Four Nations Tournament held in York (3 September 2011).

2012:

  • Mentored the England team in the International Tri-Nations Tournament (England vs. Norway vs. Sweden) on 11 February 2012.

  • Guided the England team in the Four Nations Tournament held in Wales on 6 October 2012.

2019 – March 2022:

  • Served as Chief Coach for the Odisha State youth, junior, and senior teams, leading them in three Indian Championships.

  • Served as the coach for the West Azarbayjan region, leading teams in national competitions.

United Kingdom (2000 – 2025):

  • Coached athletes from Champion Gym, Stars for the Future Weightlifting Club, and Ealing Weightlifting Club across multiple national competitions during the following years:

  • Served as Chief Coach for the Odisha State youth, junior, and senior teams, leading them in three Indian Championships.

  • Women’s Grand Prix: Led female athletes in 2005, 2006, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, and 2018.

  • Mémorial Decottignies International Weightlifting Tournament (France): Coached male teams in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2023.
