Whether you’re a complete novice or looking to refine your technique, this 5-week course is perfect for you. Our expert coach—an Olympian, national record holder, and international trainer—will guide you through the fundamentals, helping you build strength and confidence.

What You’ll Learn:

 

    • Warm-up, Bar Drill, Squat, Deadlift

    • Muscle Snatch, Power Snatch (no Jump), Power Snatch (with Jump)

    • Snatch Balance, Full Snatch, Front Squat

    • Muscle Clean, Power Clean (no Jump), Power Clean (with Jump), Push Press

    • All Clean Movements, Push Press, Push Jerk (no Jump), Push Jerk (with Jump), Jerk
